Our processing times vary from garment to garment but usually take about 2-8 weeks for completion and 1-3 business days to ship unless stated otherwise.  StarLett Shawnai is a made to order clothing brand where everything is handmade in the USA. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM MADE OR MADE TO ORDER CLOTHING UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. CUSTOM IS MADE TO YOUR SPECIFIC MEASUREMENTS AND STYLE. STORE CREDIT ONLY as long as item is returned in new condition, unworn with no damages and unworn ID tag still intact within 7 days of purchase along with email notification. There is a $35 restocking fee for all exchanged or returned items.
